A person’s character is exemplified by his behavior, his qualities, and his moral and social conduct. Education plays a key role in character building and parents and teachers play a prime role as children look up to them as role models. At Midwest Academy, we lay emphasis on character building and our character building program is focused towards honesty, respect, understanding, compassion, and self-discipline and more. The Character Building Program at Midwest Academy consists of three phases which are:

First Phase of Character Building at Mid West Academy: Character building is an important part of student’s education. At Mid West Academy, this program help students know his boundaries and rules in the structured environment. When students join the academy, they are given limited choices and privileges. Students begin the program with limited choices and are required to earn status and privileges through constant hard work. We focus on result and not time and give students enough freedom. We help students to move towards their goals through communication, hard work, and consistency.

Second Phase of Character Building at Mid West Academy: The second phase of the program is the Leadership Phase and students are encouraged to participate in growth and developmental activities. Students learn to find solution and solve their problems. Students learn to face their peers. They develop a strong bond with parents and learn to appreciate authority. They understand the need for rules, limits, and boundaries and learn to be an important part of the society by helping others. The Youth Leadership Program offers many growth and leadership opportunities and help students increase self esteem and productivity.
